On July 15, 2010, Pastor Fred Hedt and Camp Director Ed Coss rode the 129 mile "Great Allegheny Passage" to raise $23,000 for the Day School Scholarship Program.

On July 15, 2010 - his 62nd birthday - Pastor Fred Hedt and Ascension Camp Director Ed Coss completed the 129 mile Great Allegheny Passage from suburban Pittsburgh, Pa., to Cumberland, Maryland.
